What is the ReLaunch Program?

A 19-week employment program for women and gender diverse people (ages 30+) experiencing barriers to employment.

  • A paid 7-week employment skills development group program.

  • A paid 12-week work experience in an area of interest.

  • Ongoing peer support and systems navigation support from ReLaunch Coordinators.

Program Eligibility:

  • Women and gender diverse people ages 30+

  • Unemployed or underemployed (working less than 20 hours/week)

  • Experiencing barriers to employment.

  • Eligible to work in Canada.

  • Able to attend in-person programming for 30 hours a week
